Charlie Cox será Daredevil en la serie de Netflix

    DaredevilCharlie Cox fue confirmado para interpretar al “hombre sin miedo” Matt Murdock/Daredevil. Tal como se esperaba, esta fue la primera serie original de la alianza Netflix/Marvel en tener elenco, lo cual hace sentido pues será la primera en estar disponible. La serie tuvo un pequeño tropezón cuando Drew Goddard la dejó para hacerse cargo de Sinister Six para Marvel, aunque se mantiene como productor y consultor. Steven S. DeKnight (Spartacus) es el nuevo manejador.

    En su comunicado de prensa, Marvel también confirmó que el programa estará sitiado en tiempos modernos, especialmente el barrio Hell’s Kitchen” de Nueva York.

    Aunque no es un nombre ampliamente conocido, Charlie Cox tiene su fanaticada gracias a su trabajo en la popular serie de HBO, Boardwalk Empire y por protagonizar Stardust, una de las mejores películas de fantasía jamás hecha (en serio, si no la han visto, háganlo). El actor será el tercero en interpretar al abogado ciego Matt Murdock que ronda las calles y techos de Nueva York como el vengador Daredevil en una versión “live-action”.
